Government of the USA in Exile

Dear Friends and Colleagues, I hope you've all had a chance to read my "Vaccines! Vaccines!" sent to you yesterday. The Ugandan segment of it so blew my mind that I omitted some important info. So here's a summary of what I remember:

The Ugandan government has been massively inocculating its citizens with a polio vaccine either outlawed or discontinued in the U.S. because of its side effects. Transnational corporations keep the price of a relatively safe polio vaccine so high that Ugandans can't afford it. Many Ugandans have died after being innoculated with the cheap stuff. When Kihura Nkuba of Great(er?) Africa Radio did a show exposing all this, the government closed him down. Thousands then gathered at the radio station to protest the closure. He then took a long auto trip alone and was followed a great distance by two vehicles--each driven by a white person. Eventually, they forced him off the road, his car flipped over about 15 times, he emerged with minor injuries and people thought he was a ghost, a walking dead man. His exposure of the scandal caused the government to increase its pace. It began forcefully rounding up children for a mandatory vaccination. Parents hid their children in the jungle to avoid the governmental needles. The government's "crash" round-up was supported by the World Health Organization and Unicef.

This last sentence is the most ominous of all. Has some Satanic group infiltrated two or more UN bureaucracies thoroughly enough to use them as conduits for a project aimed at reducing or extinguishing Africa's black population? I'd always been somewhat skeptical of the theory circulated quite a few years ago that Aids was introduced into Africa via a UN-administered vaccine; I'm less skeptical of that now.
